We were asked to build a website for a new start-up, a supplier and installer of window shutters. The attention-grabbing ‘Shutter Up Your Place’ owned by entrepreneur Chris Walker supplies all kinds of plantation shutters including full height, tier on tier and café style. Internal shutters are very much en vogue and the website needed to be as so.
Chris opted for the ‘Professional’ Air design, a very popular choice. The layout has intuitive navigation with quick access to the key areas of the site from the main navigation and the home page content. The main image slider allows great photography to be showcased and creates interactivity.
The Air Websites solution allows full content management, as the business grows Chris is able to manage news and testimonials to show off the latest work. As new product lines are added, these can quickly be added into the sub-menu system. The design is on-brand and uses white space and soft colours to create a light and airy feel, in keeping with the product area.
